Officers from Hampshire and Isle of Wight Constabulary are appealing for witnesses after a disturbing incident of public exposure occurred in Titchfield on 11 September.
Between 2 pm and 3 pm, a man was spotted walking fully naked along Brownwich Lane, near Brownwich Farm. The individual, described as a white male in his 50s or 60s, is believed to be between 5ft 10 and 5ft 11 inches tall with a large build and a prominent belly. His hair was described as messy, faint mousy brown, and thinning. Despite being fully naked, the man was reportedly wearing round glasses, hiking boots, and carrying a dark backpack.
The incident took place on a public footpath through a wooded area and was witnessed by a lone female walker. Alarmed by the man’s presence, the woman quickly took evasive action to avoid any confrontation.
Police are treating the incident seriously and are appealing to the public for any information that could assist in identifying the man involved.
