Police Appeal for Information Following Suspected Arson Incident in Eythorne, Dover

The incident unfolded on Wednesday, January 3, 2024, around 6:15 AM, when authorities responded to a report of a lit firework being posted through the letterbox of a property located in Adelaide Road. Officers swiftly arrived at the scene, accompanied by personnel from Kent Fire and Rescue Service, who ensured the safety of the resident and his property. Fortunately, no injuries were reported, although the firework caused damage to the carpet inside the property.
