Police Appeal After Teen Robbed on St Leonards Seafront

Police are urging witnesses to come forward after a teenager was robbed and assaulted while cycling along the St Leonards seafront.

The incident happened around midnight between Monday 22 and Tuesday 23 July, on the Marina cycle path near the Royal Victoria Hotel. The 16-year-old victim reported being threatened, attacked, and having his possessions taken during the ordeal.

Three people have been arrested in connection with the investigation, but officers are still gathering evidence. They are particularly keen to hear from anyone who may have seen suspicious activity in the area at the time or who may have captured the incident on dashcam, CCTV, or mobile phone footage.
