Emergency services are responding to a serious road traffic collision involving a lorry and a car on the A13 Beckton Flyover westbound, where a person is reportedly trapped in the wreckage.
The incident was reported at 12:40pm on Tuesday, November 5, prompting a swift response from London Ambulance Service (LAS) and other emergency crews. Fire and rescue teams are currently working at the scene to extricate the trapped individual and provide necessary medical assistance.

A Spokesman for the Met Police said Officers were called 12:49 with one woman being rescued from a car by the London Fire Brigade.
