Overturned Car on Footscray Road Causes Delays in New Eltham

 

Emergency services responded to an incident on Footscray Road in New Eltham on Tuesday, December 24, after reports of an overturned car.

Police were called to the scene at approximately 4:20 PM. Upon arrival, officers, paramedics, and firefighters found three people who sustained minor injuries. All were treated at the scene, and no serious injuries were reported.

The road was temporarily closed to allow for emergency services to manage the situation and safely remove the vehicle. Footscray Road was reopened shortly before 5:30 PM, with traffic resuming to normal conditions.

Authorities have not disclosed the cause of the accident, and no further details have been released at this time.
