Ordnance sparks Royal Navy Bomb Disposal Call out to Browndown Camp Beach

The Hill Head Coastguard search and rescue are assisting the Royal Navy Bomb Disposal team with suspected ordnance that had been discovered by a member of public at Browndown training camp. Two pieces of confirmed inert ordinance were uncovered this afternoon. Royal Navy Experts have attended and safely remove the ordnance from the beach and they had been taken to safe storage area for disposal
