Officers investigating a report of sexual assault in Newington have released a CCTV image of a man they would like to speak to

The incident happened in Playstool Road at around 3.40am on Saturday 16 December 2023.

A taxi passenger is reported to have leaned across and touched a woman inappropriately over her clothes and made an obscene comment.

Investigating officers are now able to release a CCTV image of a man who may be able to assist with their enquiries.

Anyone with information, or who recognises the man, should call Kent Police on 01634 792209, quoting reference 46/221932/23.
