Murder charge brought after fatal East Dulwich attack

A charge has been brought in connection with the murder 39-year-old Dennis Anderson from Lewisham. Police were called at approximately 2.35am on Sunday, 10 February, to reports of a man stabbed in Lordship Lane, near the junction with East Dulwich Grove, SE22. Officers and the London Ambulance Service attended, however Mr Anderson died at the scene. Jahmel Micheal Riley, 24 (05.08.1994), of Lordship Lane, SE22 has been charged with murder and possession of an offensive weapon. He has been remanded to appear at Bromley Magistrates’ Court on Friday, 15 February.
