Multiple Fire Engines Respond to Crash on London Road, Swanley – UKNIP

Emergency services rushed to London Road in Swanley following reports of a serious crash earlier today.

Kent Fire and Rescue Service mobilized four fire engines to the scene, where they found a vehicle involved in the incident. Firefighters immediately initiated rescue operations, utilizing specialized equipment including the Jaws of Life, hydraulic spreaders, rams, and cutting tools to extricate an individual from the wreckage.

The injured person was carefully removed from the vehicle and transferred into the care of paramedics from the South East Coast Ambulance Service (SECAmb) who were also in attendance. The severity of their injuries is yet to be disclosed.

Partner agencies, including Kent Police, collaborated seamlessly with fire and ambulance services to manage the incident and ensure the safety and well-being of those involved.

The cause of the crash and the circumstances surrounding it remain under investigation. London Road in Swanley may experience disruptions as authorities work to clear the scene and conduct inquiries.
