Motorcyclist is in a “life-threatening condition” following Bus collision in Morden

Emergency service have been called to a bus crash in Morden in Surrey after a London bus has been involved in a collision with a motorcyclist. An investigation into the bus collision on St Helier Avenue in the town is now well underway Paramedics and police officers fire crews and the London air ambulance were called to the scene just before 11am on Thursday morning. An officer at the scene said: I would like to reassure the local community that a robust police investigation is well underway and I would ask that anyone with information or who witnessed the incident to contact Police immediately. A Spokesperson for the Met Police said:”Police were called by the London Ambulance Service at 10.59am on Thursday, May 30 to reports of a road traffic collision in St Helier Avenue, Morden. Police, the London Ambulance Service, the London Fire Brigade and London’s Air Ambulance attended and found a motorcyclist in collision with a bus. “The motorcyclist was found suffering serious injuries. He has been airlifted taken to a West London hospital. “Road closures are in place. No arrests have been made.”
