The 40-year-old, from Chelmsley Wood, left Good Hope Hospital this morning. There are concerns for his well-being.

Nathan is 5ft 6ins tall, medium build and was last seen wearing light brown jeans and a black jacket; he has links to #Sutton and #Northfield.
