Missing Person Appeal Cancelled After Body Found in Sevenoaks

Kent Police have confirmed that the body of a man has been found in a woodland area near Dunton Green, Sevenoaks, following a search for a missing person. Officers attended the scene in the early hours of Sunday, 26 January 2025, where the body was discovered.

The man, aged 39, had been reported missing on Saturday, 25 January. Although formal identification has yet to take place, the family of the missing man has been notified.

At this stage, the death is not being treated as suspicious. Kent Police have stated that a report will be prepared for the coroner.

The search for the missing man has now been called off, and the family continues to be supported by officers during this difficult time.
