A man has died after emergency services were called to Westhorne Avenue in Eltham on the afternoon of Monday, November 4. Paramedics from the London Ambulance Service (LAS) arrived at the scene at approximately 1:27 p.m. after receiving reports of an incident. An ambulance crew and incident response officer were dispatched to provide emergency assistance.
Despite the swift response and efforts by first responders, the man was tragically pronounced dead at the scene. Details about the nature of the incident remain unconfirmed at this time.
A spokesperson from the London Ambulance Service stated, “We were called at 1.27 p.m. yesterday (Monday, 4 November) to reports of an incident in Westhorne Avenue, Eltham. We sent resources to the scene, including an ambulance crew and an incident response officer. Sadly, despite the best efforts of first responders, a man died at the scene.”
