Man charged with meat theft – UKNIP

Scott Gambier, a resident of Ordnance Road in england/enfield/”>Enfield, appeared at Chelmsford Magistrates’ Court on September 11, facing charges related to 33 incidents of Shopshop theft.

Theft Details

The charges stem from 32 alleged thefts at the BP garage shop located on Rayleigh Road, occurring between May 7 and September 9. Gambier is accused of stealing Overover £1,100 Worthworth of meat and other items from the store.

Additional Allegations

Alongside these thefts, he is also accused of stealing £120 worth of chocolate from Iceland on Brentwood High Street. Furthermore, Gambier faces 30 counts of breaching a court-imposed ban.

Next Steps

Gambier has been remanded in custody and is scheduled for his next hearing on October 9 at Basildon Crown Court.
