Man arrested in Manchester Shopping Centre by Police

Video showing a Man arrested is being led away by police in Manchester for a suspected device found. All area has been evacuated. Manchester’s Arndale shopping centre was evacuated with scores of people seen running from the exits after a ‘false alarm’. There had been reports of a large bang and a suspicious parcel in the food court, however police have now lifted the cordon which was in place. The incident shows how on edge the city is following the devastating attack last night, with the incident believed to have been sparked by someone starting to panic. It follows a terror attack at the Manchester Arena last night where 22 people were killed while leaving an Ariana Grande concert.
