Man Arrested in London in Connection with Plymouth Acid Attack

 

A 25-year-old man from London has been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder in connection with a brutal acid attack in Plymouth.

Incident Details

Detectives have been investigating the serious assault, which occurred on Friday, 21 February at a property on Lipson Road. Police were called to the scene at around 3:55 AM following reports of a disturbance.

The victim, a man in his 30s, remains in serious condition in hospital following the attack.

Police Investigation & Appeal for Information

Detective Superintendent Ben Davies has thanked the local community and the wider public for their support and patience during the investigation.

“As part of our ongoing enquiries, we’re keen to hear from anyone who has relevant information about the incident or those involved,” he said.

Police are urging anyone with information, CCTV, or dashcam footage related to the attack to come forward.
