Major Fire Incident in Croydon: Six Fire Engines and Forty Firefighters Deployed

A significant fire has broken out on Davidson Road in Croydon, prompting a substantial emergency response from the London Fire Brigade and the London Ambulance Service.

The incident, reported in the early hours of Sunday morning, has seen six fire engines, forty firefighters, officers, and a turntable ladder deployed to the scene.

The fire, described as a well developed was reported at approximately 3am on 4th August.

Emergency services were quickly mobilised to tackle the blaze and ensure the safety of any individuals present in the building.

A road closure has been established and residents are being advised to keep windows and doors closed.
