Emergency services are currently at the scene of a serious collision involving a car and a lorry on the A267 at Cross in Hand, near Heathfield.

Sussex Police have confirmed that the road is expected to remain closed in both directions for several hours while investigations and recovery work are carried out. Motorists are being urged to seek alternative routes to avoid significant delays.
