Kitten Joins Police Patrol at Crownhill Station!
Officers at Crownhill Police Station had an unexpected visitor yesterday – a tiny two-day-old kitten trapped deep inside one of their patrol cars!
Meow Leads to Dramatic Rescue
A faint meow piqued officers’ curiosity and sparked a mini investigation. The sound came from a tricky spot deep in the wheel arch of the car.
Realising dismantling the vehicle was beyond their training, the police called in the experts at Kwik Fit, Tavistock Road. The team sprang into action and expertly rescued the tiny feline from its precarious hideout.
Safe and Sound Thanks to PDSA
It’s believed the kitten’s mum found a warm, dry spot to give birth, but somehow this little adventurer ended up on patrol with the police!

The wonderful crew at PDSA gave the kitten a full health check. Thankfully, she’s fit as a fiddle and is now in the care of one of the officers.
