Michael Matthews was last seen in the Bridge Street area at around 5pm on Wednesday 15 November 2023 and officers are concerned for his welfare.

He is wearing a black padded jacket, grey trousers and black shoes. He is also believed to be walking with a pink luminous walking stick.

Mr Matthews is described as white, 5ft 10ins and of slim build. He has a moustache and grey hair.
