Police have issued an urgent appeal for information after Jade Downes, a 35-year-old heavily pregnant woman, was reported missing from Redditch, Worcestershire.

Jade, who is also known as Chelsie, was last seen around 11.30am on Thursday 22 May 2025 at the Winyates Centre in Redditch. She is believed to be nine months pregnant, prompting extreme concern for her welfare.

Jade Downes is described as:

• Around 5 feet tall

• Long brown hair

• Brown eyes

• Nine months pregnant

Police Appeal for Immediate Sightings

West Mercia Police are urging the public to report any immediate sightings by calling 999. A spokesperson said:

“We are extremely concerned for Jade’s safety due to her advanced pregnancy and are appealing to anyone who may have seen her or knows of her whereabouts to get in touch immediately.”
