A hit-and-run incident in Dagenham has left a 29-year-old woman injured, prompting a police investigation into the incident. The collision occurred on Beverley Road in Dagenham at approximately 5.25 pm on Friday, December 29.
The London Ambulance Service (LAS) received a call regarding a road traffic collision and alerted the police to the scene. Officers promptly arrived at Beverley Road to assess the situation.
At the scene, they discovered a 29-year-old woman who had sustained injuries as a result of being involved in a collision with a car. The woman was provided with immediate medical attention, and she was subsequently transported to a local hospital for further evaluation and treatment.
Thankfully, the woman’s condition has been assessed as non-life-threatening, offering some relief to her family and friends who were understandably concerned about her well-being.
However, the investigation took a concerning turn as it was revealed that the car involved in the collision did not stop at the scene. Officers from the Met Police are now actively seeking any witnesses or individuals with information about the incident to come forward and assist in their investigation.
