Help find missing Scott Angel

Have you seen 35-year-old Scott Angell? Scott was last seen on August 21. We believe he has gone missing from his home address in Southsea. This is very out of character for Scott and his family are growing increasingly concerned for his welfare. Scott is described as white, average build, 5 ft 10 in and with short dark brown hair. We think he left his address with his green and black Boardman mountain bike. He has links to the east Sussex area and we think he may have travelled there, so we are also working with our colleagues in Sussex to help locate him. Have you seen him?
