Have you seen 24-year-old Shaquan Brooks? He is wanted on a recall to prison after breaching his licence conditions. Shaquan, also known as Shacks, was last known to be living in #Tilbury and has links to #Grays, #Southend and #Dagenham. He is described as being 6ft 1ins tall, has dark brown cropped hair and is of a slim build.
