Havant recycling centre on Police lockdown

Havant Household Waste Recycling Centre in Harts farm way has been placed in a police lockdown this morning Officers have thrown up cordons and turned people away from site following what is understood not be the discovery of unexploded ordnance. Police have called for EOD experts to attend and confirm the find. Members of the public and works have been evacuated from the immediate area. More to follow
