Gas Leak Sparks Evacuation at London Morrisons – UKNIP

A Morrisons supermarket on england/chalk-farm/”>england/chalk-farm/”>Chalk Farm Road, London, was evacuated early this morning after a gas leak was detected from a refrigerator unit.

Emergency Response Underway

The incident was reported at just after 6am on 28 September 2025. Emergency Teamsteams quickly responded to the scene in North West LondonNorth West London. The leak originated from a refrigeration system inside the store.

Safety First

  • Store evacuated immediately
  • Gas leak identified from refrigeration unit
  • Emergency services on site controlling the situation

Staff were safely escorted out as experts worked to contain the leak. Morrisons has yet to release an official statement.
