Four suspected drug dealers have been charged after officers executed warrants under the Misuse of Drugs Act in Dartford

On Wednesday 19 June 2024, investigators from Kent Police’s County Lines and Gangs Team completed searches at two addresses in the Temple Hill area.

The constables seized quantities of class A and B drugs, and other items including money and several mobile phones. Four people were arrested and taken into custody.

Gibson Dalton-Shingleton, 27, of no fixed address; Matthew Belock, 48, of Knockhall Road, Greenhithe; Chay Dalton-Shingleton, 26, of Ruskin Grove, Dartford; and Susan Forrest, 48, also of Ruskin Grove, Dartford, were later charged with being concerned in the supply of cocaine, ecstasy, ketamine and cannabis.

Gibson and Chay Dalton-Shingleton were also charged with counts of possessing amphetamine, cocaine and cannabis with intent to supply.

All four suspects appeared before Sevenoaks Magistrates’ Court where Mr Belock and Ms Forrest were bailed to a hearing at Woolwich Crown Court on Monday 8 July.

The other two suspects were remanded in custody to appear at Maidstone Crown Court on Monday 15 July.
