Four males have been arrested following a crash involving two mopeds in Bexleyheath earlier this week.
Police were called to Crook Log, outside a restaurant, at 10.29pm on Tuesday, August 12 after reports of a collision.
Arrests made
Officers discovered that two mopeds had collided. Four males, aged between 15 and 32, were arrested at the scene in connection with the crash and on suspicion of further offences.
One of those arrested, a 17-year-old boy, was taken to hospital with injuries. His condition has since been confirmed as neither life-threatening nor life-changing. He remains under arrest.
Police statement
A spokesperson for the Metropolitan Police said:
“Police were called to a collision between two mopeds outside a restaurant on Crook Log in Bexleyheath at 22:29hrs on Tuesday, 12 August. Four males – aged between 15 and 32 – were arrested at the scene in connection with the collision and further offences. One of those arrested, a 17-year-old boy, remains in hospital having sustained injuries, however these have been deemed not life-threatening nor life-changing.”
