Forty Firefighters tackle Bungalow a blaze in East Wellow

40 firefighters from from Romsey, Redbridge, St Marys & Eastleigh extinguished a fire in the marine plywood, bitumen and corrugated tin roof of a bungalow in Gardeners Lane, East Wellow. The roof was 15m x 10m and extinguished using 2 Hose reels, 1 Jet and 13 Breathing Apparatus Crews were mobilised at 9.32pm on Friday and the stop message was came in just after 1am on Saturday morning. The cause of the blaze ins under investigation.
