Following Racist Abuse In Sevenoaks, A Cctv Appeal Has Been Launched

 

Following a report that a shop worker was racially abused in Sevenoaks, police have released a CCTV image.

On Tuesday, May 10, 2022, at approximately 2.35pm, a man who had entered Tesco in Aisher Way, Riverhead, was asked to leave the store.

Before leaving, the man allegedly became aggressive and used racist language toward a member of staff.

Following preliminary inquiries, officers are now able to release an image of a person who may be able to assist them with their inquiries.

Anyone who recognises the man or has any additional information is asked to call Kent Police at 01622 604100 and quote reference 46/89323/22.
