A significant fire broke out early this morning at William House on Ringers Road in Bromley, with the London Fire Brigade responding promptly to control the blaze.

The incident, which began shortly after 8:30 a.m. on Tuesday, November 5, 2024, saw five fire engines dispatched to the scene.
Crews arrived swiftly and worked to contain the fire, while police established road closures in the surrounding area to ensure public safety.

The extent of the damage and the impact on nearby properties are still being assessed it is understood from officers at the scene the blaze broke out in a car park attached to the building at the rear.
A spokesperson for the London Fire Brigade confirmed that the cause of the blaze is under investigation. Local residents are advised to avoid the area due to road closures and ongoing firefighting efforts.
