Firefighters called to a 60-acre field of standing crops near Winchester

More than 30 firefighters were called to a 60-acre field of standing crops and stubble alight near Winchester. Appliances from Winchester, Eastleigh and Hampshire fire Headquarters were called at just after 1pm on Tuesday July 10th with further Land Rovers and other support vehicles coming from Alresford, Basingstoke, Fareham, Andover and Lyndhurst.
