Grieving Families Take Legal Action in US Court
Families of the victims of the tragic Jeju Air crash last year have slammed Boeing with a lawsuit in Seattle. They accuse the US aircraft giant of manufacturing defects that led to the fatal disaster.
Faulty Landing Gear Blamed for Fatal Crash
The lawsuit claims multiple failures in critical landing equipment on the Jeju Air flight 7C2216 caused the deadly crash. The plane went down on December 29 at Muan International Airport, killing all 179 passengers and crew.
Multiple Law Firms Join the Fight
Two of the three law firms representing the victims’ families have already filed complaints with the King County Superior Court in Washington state. The third law firm is gearing up to file its own claim shortly.
“Boeing bears full responsibility for defects behind this fatal accident,” said a spokesperson for the families’ legal team.
