The incident occurred near Erith High Street, with eyewitnesses reporting that a person was receiving emergency treatment in the street and later seen being placed on a stretcher.
Multiple Emergency Scenes
Residents on social media described intense emergency activity, with police tape cordoning off parts of the road near King David Nursery, close to The Running Horse pub.
Unconfirmed reports suggest that someone may have fallen from a window in a nearby block of flats, possibly linking the air ambulance response to a broken first-floor window spotted by witnesses.
