Emergency services called to a collision on the M20 near Maidstone

There has been a crash on the #M20 motorway between J5 #Maidstone and J4 #Leybourne this morning. The traffic collision is within a section of roadworks blocking lanes 1 and 2 and involving four vehicles. Emergency Services have been called to the scene and traffic officers from Highways England are also assisting. Traffic is building in the area. A Kent Police spokesman said: “Officers attended and there were no reported injuries. There was a temporary lane closure which has now been cleared.”
