Multiple emergency vehicles were spotted in Folkestone last night after reports of an incident on a footpath near the seafront.
At around 7.30pm on Sunday (31 August), several South East Coast Ambulance Service (SECAmb) ambulances and an incident support unit were seen attending the stepped path linking Lower Sandgate Road and the Road of Remembrance.
Witnesses reported a large presence of paramedics at the scene, though the nature of the incident has not been confirmed.
Residents in the area described seeing ambulances parked along Lower Sandgate Road while crews responded on foot to the nearby steps.
South East Coast Ambulance Service has been approached for further details. It is not yet known if anyone required hospital treatment.
