Eastbourne Teenagers Charged Over Violent Robbery At Hartfield Park

Local police have charged two teenagers after a 20-year-old man was robbed in Hartfield Park, Eastbourne, on Friday afternoon. The victim was reportedly assaulted and robbed of his wallet by two individuals who then fled the scene. Fortunately, the victim was taken to the hospital to be examined, but he was later released.

Thanks to the swift response of police, two teenage boys aged 16 and 17 were arrested for their alleged involvement in the incident. They have since been charged with robbery, and the 17-year-old has also been charged with a public order offense.

Due to legal reasons, the names of the suspects cannot be revealed, but both have been remanded in custody and are set to appear before Brighton Magistrates’ Court on Monday, March 13th.

Local authorities are urging anyone with any additional information about the incident to come forward and assist with their ongoing investigation.
