Kion McMaster was detained after officers raided his house in Kingswood Road, Nuneaton in January.
As officers entered his bedroom, they saw him escaping. Fortunately, he was arrested in the street a few minutes later.
He was found in possession of a laptop bag containing class-A drugs.
McMasters, 20, had previously been arrested in October last year after officers stopped a vehicle that was suspected of being used for drug dealing. He was found in possession of several phones and cash.
On the phones, officers found orders for drugs including: “Can I have 2 dark and 4 white”; and “Got twenty bro 2 light 1 dark be 2 min.”
McMaster was jailed for 3 years after pleading guilty to being concerned in the supply of heroin, being concerned in the supply of crack cocaine, possession of heroin with intent to supply, possession of crack cocaine with intent to supply, possession of cannabis with intent to supply and two counts of acquiring criminal property.
