A collision between a car and a motorbike this morning in Greenwich has left both drivers injured, although thankfully their injuries are not believed to be life-threatening.
The incident occurred at 7:46 am on Thursday, March 28, on the A205 South Circular in Greenwich. Police were promptly called to the scene to respond to the crash.
Emergency medical services from the London Ambulance Service also swiftly arrived on the scene to assist the injured individuals.
Upon arrival, paramedics attended to both the driver and the motorcyclist, providing treatment for their injuries sustained in the collision. While the injuries are significant, they are reported to be non-life-changing.
A spokesperson for the Metropolitan Police provided details of the incident, stating, “At 07:46hrs on Thursday 28 March, police were called to an incident where a car and a motorbike were in collision on the A205 South Circular outside Greenwich, SE9.
The drivers of both vehicles sustained injuries and are currently being treated by the London Ambulance Service at the scene,” the spokesperson added.
