British Transport Police (BTP) have released CCTV images after a disturbing incident on a train from London Bridge, where a man was seen masturbating in front of a woman.
The incident occurred around 7:40 am on Sunday, July 14, when a woman was travelling on a train from London Bridge to Sevenoaks. According to BTP, the man initially engaged the woman in conversation before moving to sit directly across from her. It was then that he exposed himself and began masturbating.
Detectives have now released images of a man they believe may have crucial information that could assist their investigation.
A spokesperson for the British Transport Police said:
“Anyone who recognises him, or has any other information, is asked to contact British Transport Police by texting 61016 or by calling 0800 40 50 40, quoting reference 164 of 14/07/24. Alternatively, you can call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.”
BTP is urging the public to come forward if they have any relevant information to help identify the man involved.
