CCTV Confirms Missing Teenager Isis Foster Boarded Train to London

 

Kent Police have released an updated appeal for information regarding missing 14-year-old Isis Foster, who was last seen in Ashford on Tuesday, 24 June 2025.

Following a review of CCTV footage, officers have confirmed that Isis was last seen at Ashford International Train Station at 5:20am on Tuesday morning, where she is believed to have boarded a train bound for London Victoria.

Description

Isis is described as:

  • Around 5ft tall
  • Slim build
  • Brown eyes
  • Dark brown curly hair

She is believed to be wearing a blue dress with black and white trainers.

Police Appeal

A spokesperson for Kent Police said:

“We are growing increasingly concerned for Isis’ welfare. If you saw her at Ashford International Station or later in London, or have any relevant information, please contact us immediately.”

Anyone with critical information about Isis’ whereabouts is urged to call 999, quoting reference 24-0281.

Help from the Public

Residents, particularly those in Ashford and London, are asked to check CCTV, doorbell footage, or dashcams for any sightings of Isis on or after 5:20am Tuesday. Commuters on the London-bound train that departed from Ashford are also asked to come forward if they recall seeing her.
