Car Crashes into Back of Bus in Woodingdean Causing Traffic Delays

Motorists in Woodingdean are facing long delays this afternoon after a car collided with the back of a bus on Falmer Road at the junction with Warren Way.

The crash happened by the traffic lights, causing the Southbound lane towards Falmer to become heavily congested. Traffic is currently queuing back towards Falmer, with many drivers choosing to divert through the back of Woodingdean along Bexhill Road to avoid the scene.

Emergency services are on site and working to clear the road. No injuries have yet been confirmed.

Motorists are advised to allow extra time for their journey and consider alternative routes until the area is clear.
