Witnesses described a rapid build-up of fire engines, ambulances and police vehicles. Local resident Kyan Rane said “All of Southfield Lane is full of fire and ambulances now, it’s really bad.” Another resident,reported, “at least 25 emergency vehicles” had passed his home.
