Boy, 11, Charged After Double Stabbing in Manchester

 

An 11-year-old boy has been charged in connection with a double stabbing in Longsight, Manchester.

He is set to appear in court today (Friday, February 7) alongside 20-year-old Ali Saim, following a violent incident that left two victims seriously injured.

Targeted Attack in Longsight

The attack occurred on Tuesday evening (February 4) at the junction of Rushford Street and Purcell Street. Police say a 16-year-old boy and a 20-year-old man were stabbed and sustained serious injuries.

Emergency services responded swiftly, and both victims were taken to hospital, where they remain in a stable condition.
