Police searching for a missing 49-year-old man from Maidstone have discovered a body in the countryside near North Pole Road, Barming. The discovery was made at approximately 2 pm on Monday, October 21, 2024.

Emergency services responded to the scene, where the man was pronounced deceased. While formal identification has yet to be completed, the family of the missing man, who was reported missing on Sunday, October 20, have been informed.
