Arrest made as officers investigate damaged cars in Folkestone – UKNIP

Officers investigating after a number of vehicles were damaged in Folkestone have made an arrest. A 38-year-old man from Folkestone was arrested after Kent Police received reports that criminal damage had been caused to vehicles between 4am and 5am on Monday 28 March 2022. The man was taken into custody where he remains while enquiries are ongoing. Police are appealing for witnesses, or anyone with private CCTV in the Foreland Avenue, Warren Way, Warren Road, Wear Bay Road and Warren Close areas of the town, to come forward. People who believe their vehicles may have been damaged but have not yet reported it are also urged to phone Kent Police on 01843 222289 quoting 46/57381/22.
