Appeal for Witnesses After Serious Assault in Hove

Police are urgently appealing for witnesses following a serious assault on Church Road, Hove, near the junction of Second Avenue on Saturday, July 27, at approximately 11:05 PM.

A man in his 50s sustained severe facial injuries and a bleed on the brain during the incident. He was swiftly taken to the hospital, where he remains under medical care.

Authorities have arrested a 28-year-old man from Hove on suspicion of causing grievous bodily harm with intent. The suspect has since been released on bail pending further inquiries.
