Appeal after Reading Girl who has been Missing for more than two weeks

Thames Valley Police is issuing an appeal for information to help trace a 16 year old girl, who has been missing from Reading for more than two weeks. Anatonia Bataiosu, aged 16, of Ashampstead Road, Reading, was last seen on Tuesday 3 July at her home address. Concerns are growing for Anatonia’s welfare. She is described as a Romanian speaking white female of slim build. When last seen, she was wearing shorts, a vest and a grey cardigan. Investigating officer Inspector Rich Jarvis, based at Reading police station, said: “Anatonia has not been seen now for 17 days, and concerns are growing for her welfare. “It is not known if Anatonia has any access to money, and I am urging anybody who may have seen her to contact 101, quoting reference number 43180200906. “I would also like to appeal directly to Anatonia, if you see this appeal, please make contact with us. You are not in any trouble, but we just want to know that you are safe.”
