Aaron Campbell, An Evil Child Killer, Was Rushed To The Hospital After Being Attacked In Prison By A Fellow Inmate

On Wednesday, Campbell was assaulted in his cell at Polmont Young Offenders. When his cell was briefly left open during meal time, he was attacked.
The 20-year-old was sentenced to 27 years in prison, which was later reduced to 24 years on appeal, for the rape and murder of six-year-old Alesha MacPhail on the Isle of Bute.
In July 2018, the Airdrie schoolgirl was on vacation with her family when the evil teen crept into her home and snatched her from her bed.
That the attack happened after his door was briefly left open during mealtime and left his “front tooth through his lip.” According to reports, his assailant had to be dragged off Campbell.
According to a prison source, “his door was open, and someone saw the opportunity and took it.”
He pushed Campbell onto his bed and began leathering him, getting a few shots in.

Campbell was completely unprepared, and he never said anything.

Everyone in here is happy, staff have been making sly comments that he deserved it,” he said after his front tooth became stuck through his lip.
He usually keeps to himself in here because everyone wants to hang him.
They’d kill him if they could because of what he did to that little girl,” the boy said, “but there was a brief opportunity to get at him, and he took it.” He could face serious assault charges, but he’s unconcerned because he believes it was worth it.
Warped Campbell kidnapped Alesha from her grandparents’ house on the island, where she had been staying during the school summer vacation.
Her naked body was discovered a day later in a nearby woodland, having suffered 117 injuries.
The autopsy revealed that some of the 117 injuries she sustained occurred while she was still alive.
Her neck and face injuries indicated that she had been gripped, whereas her nose and mouth injuries indicated that she had been smothered. Her genitalia were “catastrophically” injured.
During the trial, a forensic scientist testified that DNA matching Campbell’s was found on Alesha’s body and clothes, concluding that the sample had a billion-to-one chance of not being his.
Detectives later discovered that the defendant’s phone was used to Google the phrase “how do police find DNA” in the days following the murder.

The judges reduced Campbell’s sentence from 27 to 24 years after comparing a number of cases where the offender was a young person or the crime was violent in nature.
According to the ruling, “a punishment part of more than 20 years was clearly merited.” We concluded that a sentence of 24 years would be appropriate in light of the appellant’s youth –
