A suspected Murder Suspect has been charged with failing to co-operate with Police

Hampshire Police have charged man with failing to co-operate with police. Stephen Nicholson, Pictured 24, of Mansel Road East Southampton, has been charged with failure to disclose access codes to an electronic device as requested by police under the Regulation of Investigatory Powers Act. He was arrested by members of the major investigation team as part of the manhunt on missing Lucy McHugh for clothing and a weapon used to stab the teenager. Nicholson has spent five days at Southampton Police station refusing to speak with officers or disclosure PIN to his mobile that now has to be sent off to a specialist to have the device read. Nicholson was charged by Police has been remanded in custody to appear at Southampton Magistrates’ Court today.
